OUR STORY

Welcome everybody, We are Gisa and Fred, and together with our French Bulldog Bossi, it will be a pleasure to welcome you in our home. We hope you will love this place and the surroundings as much as we do and that you feel home during your stay at Quinta Labruja. Bossi, our little treasure will surely bring you sweet smiles during your stay. We both are well travelled and love to meet new people. Instead of keep discovering the world we open our doors to it, so having a B&B is a pure joy. From the first moment I found this property, I new this magic place, filled with pilgrims history and good energy, would be the next inspiration to our lives, and a new alchemy challenge, specially for Fred, the architect of my extraordinary dreams. That’s why our rooms receive the names Alquimia and Inspiração. We decided to leave everything behind and build our future in this wonderful place on the Portuguese St. James Way. After hard work , we have created an unique, intimate, welcoming place, respecting people, life, nature and environment. Our quinta emanates serenity, here you can listen to nothing but to yourself and the inspiration from flora and fauna. Besides the spirituality, a gift from my roots, I adore to pick some fruits, herbs and vegetables from garden and prepare a delicious meal for you. I would like to thank my lovely husband and best friend forever, Fred, to make my dream come true.
