ANSWERS TO COMMON QUESTIONS
When can we check in, and what time do we have to check out?
Check-in time is between 4pm and 7pm , unless otherwise pre-arranged.
On the day of departure, we kindly request that you vacate your room by 10.00am to allow us time to prepare the room for our next guests.
Do you take payment cards?
Yes, we do take credit and debit cards and cash is acceptable as well!
Can I smoke in the room?
Strictly no smoking, but your welcome to smoke outside. Guests who smoke in a room face an additional charge of € 50 to pay for cleaning and for the room being out of action. This includes smoking in the bathroom and out of the windows.
Can we bring a pet?
Very regrettably, no dogs or pets are allowed, although we love dogs and cats.
